Booking

Any booking for individual or group through internet, we require an advance payment of at least US$ 50 per booking (nonrefundable) 30 days before to trip date to book any tour and trekking. We do not guarantee the tour until the advance payment is reached to us. The balance payment may be settled upon your arrival in Kathmandu. However, we may ask for full payment in advance for all tours to Bhutan & Tibet, India and Vietnam and also for certain treks & tours in Nepal. The payments must be prepared in US$ dollars cash or travelers cheque. Personal cheques are not acceptable.

Cancellation

For cancellations 7 days before the beginning of trip, 50% of the total tour price will be penalty and the remaining amount will be refunded. 100% cancellation charge will be applied for no-shows unless you take the same program at a later date no later than 30 days’ from the previous booking.

Liabilities & Limitations

	We take the responsibility of providing the services as per the contract of the package tours under normal circumstances only.
	All tour and land arrangements are subject to our inability to provide the same as a result of acts of God, acts of governments or authorities, wars, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, epidemics, quarantines, delays in construction or completion of hotel or facilities or as a result of any other causes beyond our control. We incur no liability to provide any services confirmed, if such inability is due to any of the causes listed above and no refund shall be made. In case of any additional service provided because of above situations or flight delay/cancellations or on request made by the clients, we would charge the difference amount directly (unless otherwise advised by the agent)
	We reserve rights of changing the itinerary for smooth operations or to get better the guest experience. In case of alternation, omission due to reasons beyond our control (although every effort would be made to provide the services as per the schedule) will not be liable for any claims.
	We will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, accident, death, injury etc, or any nature.
	In our Tibet and Bhutan program, there shall be no refund in the event of flight schedule changes, delays or cancellations cause’s shortened trips.
	The costs are based on the prevailing airfare, tax structure & entrance fees. If there is any change, it will be charged extra
